My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths and values, and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes.
I work with clients from all walks of life who are committed to personal growth and achieving their goals. Some of my clients are seeking weight loss targets, some just want to get healthier and others are looking to get stronger in the gym.
I believe that true change comes not just from setting goals, but from understanding the underlying beliefs and patterns that may be holding us back. I truly believe that when we hack the brain we can achieve anythingI also bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to every coaching session.
I work exclusively from Block9 gym, however you do not need to be a member to PT with me here. Access for your 1-1 session is free, outwith this you can train in whatever gym you feel most comfortable in.
Noooo. I do not believe in restriction of foods as there is no bad foods. Psychology shows us that when we restrict ourselves of foods - we just want it more. instead you & I will create balanced nutrition habits that includes all the foods you love.
